Loan Technician

The position is responsible for evaluating/reviewing and processing of loan applications within the delegated authority. 
Handles daily collection/transaction posting of microfinance transactions.
At least 2yrs Microfinance Operations experience.
Computer literate: Knowledgeable in Basic Accounting Applications and Productivity Software.
Flexible and articulate. Aggressive and resourceful in follow-up action and field works.
Applicant must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or related field.
Have a solid interpersonal and analytical skills and good judgment.
Speaks English and Filipino fluently.
Licensed to drive a motorbike.

Bank Accountant

This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the Bank Accounting Department. The incumbent is accountable for vouching and balancing over-the-counter transactions/services provided and has to ensure that such transactions/services provided are in compliance with operating standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. He/she is also required to identify areas of operational weakness for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
Very familiar with regulatory requirements, operating policies and procedures.
Prepares/maintains/analyze financial statements and other accounting reports.
Applicant must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field, Microfinance Orientation is preferable
Must have interpersonal and outstanding analytical skills with proven supervisory skills.

Accounting Assistant

Computer literate: Knowledgeable in Basic Accounting Applications and Productivity Software.
Prepares/maintains/analyze financial statements and other accounting reports.
Should have experience in Microfinance Operations.
At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
Applicant must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
Must have interpersonal and analytical skills.
Can speak Filipino & English
