Director of Darwin Consulting based in Pall Mall, London.
Responsible for developing, leading and delivering
strategy consulting projects. |
| LORNA R. TAOTJO |
A Certified Public
Accountant, Ms Taotjo was a graduate of Bachelor of
Science in Commerce, major in Accounting at University
of Batangas. She started her banking career in Security
Bank and Trust Company initially as an accounting clerk
and later was promoted to various positions, to wit:
teller, CASA Bookeeper, Branch Accountant, Cashier
Assistant Manager and finally as bank manager in 1994.
Before joining MAXBANK, Ms Taotjo had been working
for 12 years in Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company
as Branch Manager and prior to that, for 2 years with
Asian Bank Corporation.

| TERESA N. NASAYAO |
A graduate of BSBA – Accounting
at Aquinas University, Master degree in Management
at Bicol University. Ms. Nasayao is currently the Chief
Accountant of Columbia Transport Inc., she is also
a former Manager of Camalig Bank and has approximately
27 years of banking experiences. |

| GEERT VAN DER LINDEN |
Independent Director,
an economist and former Vice President Knowledge Management
and Sustainable Development of Asian Development Bank
(ADB). Director van der Linden has over 30 years of
professional experience covering all facets of international
development banking: economic and sector analysis,
project design and implementation, policy and strategy
work, and the internal governance of development banks.He
is also a member of the Board of Directors of Partnership
for Transparency Fund and Lifebank Foundation (a microcredit
bank).

| LITO C. ENCISO |
Independent Director, a graduate
of Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering, Director
Enciso is currently the Training Department Head of
Philippine Enterprise Development Foundation. His career
in microfinance started eight (8) years ago as a Project
Officer handling centers with more than 250 member
clients. After two years, he became Assistant Branch
Manager and was responsible in managing the whole branch
and training of its new staff. His job as training
manager started in 2004.

| EFREN R. RODRIGUEZ |
Director, A CPA by profession,
Mr Rodriguez is the founder and President of Ugnayan
ng Nagkakaisang Layunin at Adhikaing Dakila (UNLAD)
Pilipinas Inc., an advocacy to improve the lives of
marginalized Filipinos by teaching them how to be entrepreneurs
through microfinance. Mr Rodriguez had been a Bank
Officer, Head of Credit Department in Singapore and
was also a lecturer in De la Salle University teaching
International Finance. He is also an active Philippine
Coastguard reserve.
